We have determined that during the period between October 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008, G2 trigger groups may have contained disconnectors that have a disconnector spring hole that is too deep. Use of these could result in a rifle malfunction and should be checked immediately.
The correct depth of the hole is between .383 to .420. Any disconnector with a depth of .421 or more should be returned for exchange.
NOTE: The spring hole has a conical point and the measurement should be made from the shoulder where the spring will rest, not the point of the hole.

Democrats want to attack your Second Amendment rights...
As a party platform the Democrats have shown their intent on attacking your Second Amendment rights including a return of the '94 Assault Weapons Ban. As retrieved directly from page 48 of the Democratic Platform:
Firearms
" We recognize that the right to bear arms is an important part of the American tradition, and we will preserve Americans’ Second Amendment right to own and use firearms. We believe that the right to own firearms is subject to reasonable regulation, but we know that what works in Chicago may not work in Cheyenne. We can work together to enact and enforce commonsense laws and improvements – like closing the gun show loophole, improving our background check system, and reinstating the assault weapons ban, so that guns do not fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals. Acting responsibly and with respect for differing views on this issue, we can both protect the constitutional right to bear arms and keep our communities and our children safe."
Think this is impossible? Think again. The reauthorization of the assault weapons ban was introduced to Congress on February 13 2007 as H.R. 1022, and again on June 12 2008 as H.R. 6257. This is just one of the tactics to deny your Second Amendment rights. Let us not forget that Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Biden, was a key player in the pushing through the 1994 assault weapons ban. If the Democrats are given the presidency and a stronger majority in Congress their platform promise could easily become reality.

There was a huge turn out of patriotic Americans against Zumbo’s stupid remarks about “assault weapons”. Now it is time to show the media and our representatives that we do care about our rights. We need to all stand up before we are kicked again. Those of you that think that this could never happen again need to look at Australia, England and Canada (just to name a few). So, please, don’t stop here. Call your representatives and let them know that we are strong, we are many, and we will not tolerate another attack on our Rights. Politely let them know that they were elected to office to protect the Constitution and serve the people and they were not elected to adopt United Nations agendas.
