SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your
order. We will ship your order via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail (UPS
available upon request). If you prefer to have your order shipped freight
collect, we will gladly do so using the carrier of your choice.
RETURN POLICY
Please contact your sales representative at (800) 250-3757* for return
authorization.
Partial returns of a specifically priced combo or volume priced purchase are
accepted. However, please be aware that if you return only a portion of a combo
or volume priced purchase, you will be charged the full standard price for the
items that you keep.

STANDARD DELIVERY
The
standard delivery shipping charge for retail orders weighing less than 70 lbs is
a flat rate of $8.95. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders over 70
lbs. If your online order weighs more than 70 lbs please contact our Sales
Department at (800) 554-1445* to get the best rate.
Our goal
is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. For standard delivery
shipments please allow us to select the carrier. We will ship your order via
USPS Priority Mail Service or FedEx (UPS available upon request) depending on
the weight & destination.
Additional
shipping charges may apply to Post Office Box addresses.
STANDARD
DELIVERY to AK & HI
The
standard delivery rate applies only to retail orders under 3 lbs. Orders over 3
lbs must be shipped via FedEx 2nd day air, (UPS 2nd day
available upon request). Shipping rates for 2nd day air orders will
be calculated when placing your order, based on the weight and destination of
your order.
EXPRESS
SHIPMENTS
Shipping
rates for FedEx Next day, 2nd day and 3rd day orders are
calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can review
your express shipping rate when finalizing your order online, or by contacting a
sales representative at (800) 554-1445*. Express shipments placed before 12:00
pm EST will ship the same business day. Express shipments placed after 12:00 pm
EST will ship the following business day. FedEx Express does not deliver
express shipments on weekends.
RETURN
POLICY
We offer a
90 day inspection period for all products purchased from TAPCO. During those 90
days you may return your product to us for an exchange, store credit, or
refund. Simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send it
to us with your product via any pre-paid shipping service. Returns received
after the 90 days are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
We also
offer a lifetime warranty on all TAPCO brand products. Whether you purchased
your product directly from TAPCO or through another party, TAPCO will honor the
lifetime warranty. If at any time you find your product(s) to be defective,
contact us immediately at (800) 359-6195* for a product exchange.
Standard
shipping charges will apply to non-defective merchandise returned for exchange.
Partial

if you return only a portion of a combo for a refund or credit you will be
charged the full retail price for the items that you keep.
